Hello Family,
Reunion 2012 is fast approaching and your Chattanooga family is gearing up to celebrate the 5th Laster-Turney Reunion in The Great Smoky Mountain Area, Tennessee, June 29-July 1, 2012.
Your hosts met today to choose a resort and discuss events and fees. We will block
rooms at Music Road Hotel and Convention Center. The rates will range $134-$144
per night and the rate includes a hot buffet breakfast, a water park and pools and rooms with a refrigerator and microwave. The resort is conveniently located to restaurants, malls, and the shuttle stop. Rooms must be reserved prior to May 20,2012.
Registration will be $60.00 for children, under 13 and $100.00 for teens and adults.
This fee will include all meals with the exception of lunch on Saturday. After breakfast,
families will be free to enjoy the attractions , amusement park, shopping, or the mountains. Dinner will be provided on Friday night(Plan to arrive early afternoon.) and
the Banquet will be held Saturday night. The tee shirt, souvenir and misc. expenses will be included in the registration cost, as well.
We are asking that all Chattanooga Area family members mail a $25.00 deposit for seed money and the guest families mail a $50.00 deposit per family with $25.00 being non-refundable. Chattanooga family should mail your checks by November 1, 2011 to:

Guest families should mail their deposit to Jean by March 1, 2012. Final payment is due on May 20, 2012.
