Charles Booker Turney was born abt.1878 the oldest child born to the union of Joseph Alfred Turney and Jennie Rowe. Charles Booker married Lena Laster in 1900 to their union eleven children: Willie, Sallie, Isaac, Alfred H., Elizabeth, Breelon, George, Thomas, Gracie Mae, Alice Louise and Dora Florence were born. Willie married Willie Mae Brown. (no children were born). Sallie married William Mckinley Posley. Twelve children were from this union. Issac married Louise (no children are known). Alfred married Georgia and four children were from this union. Elizabeth married Bud Aldridge and three children were from this union. Breelon Turney (marriage info not known) .George Turney married Barbara from their union 5 children were born. Alice Louise married James Holman and seven children were born from this union. Thomas married (wife name unknown). from their union one child was born. Gracie Mae married (husband's name not known). From these unions came abt. 56 great-grand children, 46 great-great grandchildren, 25 great-great-great grand children and 3 great-great-great-great grand children.
